Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Charlotte, NC)

Harborlight Vista Housing is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for rent assistance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 400 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to rent assistance. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on rent assistance. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
