Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Charlotte, NC)

Fernwood Iron Staffing is a Charlotte staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to timekeeping. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on timekeeping. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
