Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Charlotte, NC)

Redstone Thistle Early Learning is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for classroom supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to classroom supplies. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Charlotte. • We reply to every applicant.
