Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Charlotte, NC)

Highbridge Lantern Community Partners is a nonprofit in Charlotte supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 54 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to benefits enrolment. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on benefits enrolment. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
