Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Charlotte, NC)

Stonegate Ivory Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Charlotte serving households and small businesses, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 894 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to fraud alerts. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
