Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Charleston, SC)

Cedar Umber Legal Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for intake forms, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 957 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to intake forms. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on intake forms. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
