Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Charleston, SC)

We are growing our team at Lumen Keystone Legal Group and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to court deadlines. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on court deadlines. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
