Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Charleston, SC)

Nova Ember Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Charleston. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to store inventory. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on store inventory. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
