Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Charleston, SC)

Greenridge Beacon Community Partners is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for donor records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 451 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to donor records. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on donor records. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Charleston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
