Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Charleston, SC)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Pine Community Partners and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 169 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to food distribution. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on food distribution. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
