Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Charleston, SC)

Bluepeak Pike Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Charleston area, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to attendance records. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on attendance records. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
