Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Charleston, SC)

Silverline Kestrel Early Learning is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for classroom supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to classroom supplies. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on classroom supplies. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
