Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Charleston, SC)

Clearpath Cedar Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Charleston, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to insurance authorisations. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on insurance authorisations. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
