Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Charleston, SC)

Silverline Sparrow Environmental Services is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for fleet maintenance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to fleet maintenance. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
