Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Buffalo, NY)

We are growing our team at Summit Kestrel Staffing Group and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to candidate screening. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on candidate screening. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
