Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Buffalo, NY)

Cedar Summit Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Buffalo, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to student accounts. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on student accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
