Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Buffalo, NY)

Bright Harbor Telecom is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for service installations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to service installations. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on service installations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Buffalo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
