Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Buffalo, NY)

Bluepeak Timber Property Management manages apartment communities around Buffalo. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 93 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to unit turnovers. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on unit turnovers. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
