Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Buffalo, NY)

Bright Loom Property Management manages apartment communities around Buffalo, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 888 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to resident events. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on resident events. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Buffalo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
