Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Boston, MA)

Stonegate Cedar Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Boston area. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 301 people based in Boston. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to field visits. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on field visits. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
