Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Boston, MA)

Fernwood Rowan Facilities is a facilities company in Boston with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 902 people based in Boston. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to work orders. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on work orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
