Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Boston, MA)

Highbridge Ember Community Partners is a nonprofit in Boston supporting families with food, housing and job help. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to donor records. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on donor records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Boston. • We reply to every applicant.
