Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Boston, MA)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Ashton Health Partners and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to electronic records. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on electronic records. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
