Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Boise, ID)

Ironwood Union Banking Services Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for deposit accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to deposit accounts. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on deposit accounts.
