Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Birmingham, AL)

Westbrook Yarrow Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Birmingham. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 232 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to scheduling. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on scheduling. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
