Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Birmingham, AL)

Redstone Forge Telecom Group provides broadband and phone service around Birmingham, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to field visits. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on field visits. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Birmingham. • We reply to every applicant.
