Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Birmingham, AL)

Bright Rook Housing Group provides affordable homes and support services around Birmingham. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to resident services. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on resident services. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
