Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Birmingham, AL)

Redstone River Markets Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for pricing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 133 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to pricing. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on pricing.
