Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Birmingham, AL)

Bright Oak Banking Services is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for card disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 304 people based in Birmingham. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to card disputes. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on card disputes. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Birmingham. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
