Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Baltimore, MD)

We are growing our team at Summit Fox Learning Group and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 631 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to enrolment. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
