Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Baltimore, MD)

Summit Amber Community Partners is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for grant reporting, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 180 people based in Baltimore. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to grant reporting. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on grant reporting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
