Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Baltimore, MD)

We are growing our team at Redstone Orchard Freight and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to loads and lanes. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on loads and lanes. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
