Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Baltimore, MD)

Cedar Meridian Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Baltimore serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to fraud alerts. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
