Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Austin, TX)

Rivermark Haven Learning Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for learning materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to learning materials. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on learning materials. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
