Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Austin, TX)

We are growing our team at Northwind Pike Markets and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to supplier deliveries. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on supplier deliveries. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
