Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Atlanta, GA)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Hollow Environmental Services and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be hourly and shift hiring. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to weigh tickets. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on weigh tickets. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
