Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Atlanta, GA)

Lumen Thistle Learning Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for student accounts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 16 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to student accounts. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on student accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
