Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Atlanta, GA)

Clearpath Thistle Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Atlanta, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to catastrophe response. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on catastrophe response. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Atlanta. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
