Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Atlanta, GA)

Harborlight Kestrel Staffing Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for timekeeping, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 62 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to timekeeping. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on timekeeping. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
