Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Atlanta, GA)

Rivermark Nest Housing manages affordable housing communities across Atlanta. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to repair requests. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on repair requests. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
