Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Atlanta, GA)

Lumen Thistle Learning Group is an education provider in Atlanta serving students and families. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to learning materials. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on learning materials. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
