Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Atlanta, GA)

Cedar Juniper Facilities is a facilities company in Atlanta with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 91 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to work orders. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on work orders. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
