Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Atlanta, GA)

Nova Keystone Health is a healthcare provider in Atlanta with clinics and support teams, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to patient scheduling. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Atlanta, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
