Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Atlanta, GA)

Highbridge Ashton Facilities is a facilities company in Atlanta with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 90 people based in Atlanta. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to cleaning schedules. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on cleaning schedules. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
