Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Anchorage, AK)

Cedar Oak Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Anchorage. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to patient education. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on patient education. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
