Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Anchorage, AK)

Ironwood Cobalt Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Anchorage. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. Low staff turnover is a goal we take seriously. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to meal programmes. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on meal programmes. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
