Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Anchorage, AK)

Stonegate Amber Housing manages affordable housing communities across Anchorage. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 726 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to rent assistance. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on rent assistance. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Anchorage, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
