Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Anchorage, AK)

Redstone Keystone Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Anchorage, and we need a Recruiter to lead our hourly and shift hiring. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to fleet maintenance. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
