Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Anchorage, AK)

Greenridge Amber Property Management Partners is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on hourly and shift hiring for rent collection, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 475 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to rent collection. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on rent collection. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
