Recruiter - hourly and shift hiring (Anchorage, AK)

Fernwood Ivory Legal Group is a Anchorage practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on hourly and shift hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 186 people based in Anchorage. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to trust accounts. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on trust accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Anchorage, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
